Pullman Loaf

Our square, flat-topped Pullman loaf, baked in a lidded pan for a clean, even crumb from edge to edge. Soft enough to fold, sturdy enough to slice — shipped frozen for a long, reliable shelf life. Built for toast programs, sandwich lines, French toast, whatever your kitchen needs a reliable loaf for.

House-Made
Same milk bread, whole loaf The identical dough behind every Teddy's sandwich bun — baked as a full Pullman loaf instead.

Burger Buns

The softest milk bread bun you'll serve — egg-washed and finished with sesame seed. Sized and built for a real burger or sandwich program, sturdy enough to hold up to a fully loaded build, and shipped frozen for a long, reliable shelf life.

House-Made
Baked and shaped by hand Every bun is shaped, proofed, and baked in-house — not a commodity bun.

Bread Loaf

Our signature peaked loaf — baked free-form so it rises into its own natural crown instead of a flat lid top. The softest pull-apart crumb, a glossy crust, and a look that stands out in a retail case or on a bread board. Shipped frozen for a long, reliable shelf life.

House-Made
Baked free-form, not boxed in No lid, no mold shaping the top — just the dough proofing into its own natural peaks.

Handling instructions

No cooking required — just give it time to come back to room temperature.

Defrost +
  • Remove from freezer and let thaw at room temperature, or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • No baking or reheating needed — the bread is fully baked, just frozen for freshness.
  • Once thawed, use like any fresh-baked bread: slice, toast, or serve as-is.
